Maria Castanyer i Sardà, graduated in Biology and Genomic Bioinformatics from UPF (Barcelona), she is a professor with experience in the field of natural sciences, mathematics, computer science and technology. Currently, she is the director of the Maçanet de la Selva High School, a public educational center that is especially complex for the diversity of students and the unfavorable socio-economic context.

Kyriaki holds a BA Hons Interior Design from the University of Wolverhampton, UK (School of Art and Design) and a Ma in Conservation studies - Historic Buildings from the University of York, UK (Department of Archaeology). Currently, she works as a Researcher and Project Manager at CARDET. Finally, Ms. Yiakoupi is part of the Mediterranean Migration Network management team with more than 380 members.

Rumyana Shalamanova is the Chair person of Know and Can Association. She has about 30 years’ experience as a teacher and trainer in formal and non - formal education. Rumyana has two Master Degrees - in Chemical engineering and pedagogy. She is a certified trainer in soft skills and Forum Theater. She has attended numerous educational events at national and international level as a speaker and participant.

Rita holds a degree in History and a Master’s in Teaching History. She has experience working with European Projects in various areas. However, her focus is mainly directed at projects with a social strand, often working towards the empowerment of disregarded minorities, such as the refugees and migrants. Being a trained teacher, she also has experience in working with adolescents, often coming from challenging social and economic backgrounds.

Chrysanna Pavlou is a social scientist. She has over 10 years of professional experience in increasingly responsible roles in Administration-Management, Human Resources and Project Management. In her most recent position, she is a Project Manager for KMOP supervising and ensuring smooth implementation of EU Funded projects (Erasmus +, REC, EuropeAid) with a specialization in the field of Gender Identities and Education.

Giorgos Triantafyllou is a political scientist and researcher with long experience in the management of EU - funded projects (AMIF, REC, Europe Aid, Erasmus+). He is currently working as Project Manager at KMOP, being responsible for projects on migration and education.

Mariagiovanna Carpinteri lavora presso l'Unità Scuola del CESIE come project manager e ricercatrice. Il suo master in "Diritti umani e gestione dei conflitti" conseguito presso la Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna le ha fornito una conoscenza approfondita sugli strumenti esistenti per la protezione dei diritti umani nel settore dell'istruzione, genere, gioventù, migrazione e sostenibilità ambientale. Dal 2014, ha lavorato in ambito umanitario gestendo all’estero progetti di risposta alle emergenze in qualità di coordinatore locale. In questo ruolo, ha sviluppato una buona esperienza in diversi settori della gestione dei progetti: visibilità e comunicazione; logistica; settore amministrativo-finanziario in progetti con diversi finanziatori (ECHO, UNDP e USAID); creazione nei partenariati pubblico-privati; responsabile nel reclutamento e gestione delle risorse umane. Al CESIE, Mariagiovanna lavora nell' Unità Scuola gestendo progetti finanziati da Erasmus+ nell'ambito dell'Azione chiave 3 "Sostegno alla riforma delle politiche-Inclusione sociale attraverso l'istruzione, la formazione e la gioventù". Sfruttando il suo background multilinguistico, lo staff collabora anche con il dipartimento di Networking per dare il suo contributo nell’estendere e consolidare le iniziative e i partenariati del l'organizzazione su diversi bandi come ENI Italia-Tunisia, Erasmus +, AICS (Agenzia italiana per la cooperazione allo sviluppo), ecc
